Rethinking Leadership
Human. Clear. Transformative.

I work from practice.
And for the reality of leadership.

Stance

Human-centered leadership and compassion at work are not trends to me.
They are stances.
Grounded, effective, and applicable in everyday leadership.

Good leadership does not begin with methods.
It begins with self-leadership.

With clarity.
With responsibility.
With the willingness to reflect on oneself.

I work with leaders and organizations
who do not want to lead louder,
but more consciously.

Professional Background

More than 20+ years of leadership experience
in the European banking and financial sector.

Over a decade in executive and board-level roles,
complemented by experience in start-ups
and in accompanying organizations through change.

This combination of practice, responsibility,
and reflection continues to shape my work today.

Personal

Born and raised in Cologne.
Professionally at home across Europe.

Nature gives me clarity.
In the mountains, by the sea, or in the snow.

Hugo, my brown standard poodle, is often by my side.
So is humor.
Especially when things get serious.

Guiding thought
“Switch off autopilot and move toward conscious, strategic action.
Clarity begins with stance.”

Working together
If you understand leadership not as a role,
but as responsibility,
